Sounds like some tasty meat...I don't have that problem of a impatient wife when it comes to beef she does not eat much red meat and that translates to me not eating much...lol She's got me drinking green smoothies in the morning...no more breakfasts at the Harbor View Club...Guess she wants me to stick around for a while....Glad your enjoying the grill..with any luck I'll see you next year when we come back to visit.
