this guy Derek Temple was flung from a ladder and died, his wife got an Att and went to trial in WC court. Read the final order. By all the factures you guys work under "control" your considered employees, thats why your seeing people starting to stand up.

I didnt document it after it happened well enough....
Plus I was a supervisor running 15 stops and didnt feel the effects of my injury for a few months till I couldnt walk. The manager was given me meds to offset the pain.
If your hurt, plan on this losing your job/contract. But you'll win. Based of this case I would say to anyone in this industry, if you fall and need help youll be called an employee.
I hurts me to see anyone that gets hurt on the job and cant get help needed.
