Since you posted this info I have some questions.
First congrats on all the 18yrs you made no less than 900 a week
So how did you manage to get child support set at $10 a week? really can you raise a child on that, I don't think you can even feed a staving child in Ethiopia for that now a day's. or a staving cable guy in the US for that matter.
18 years at those earnings and I would think a simple economic class or two along the way would have been money well spent cause your not long for this field at your current pace.
But based on your past earnings I'm guessing you have a couple trucks, a home worth 300,000 grand and a lot of other assets and a huge nest egg for retirement, so I'm finding it kind of hard to feel sorry for someone who has so much while others have so little.
With the exception of the wealthiest 2% in this country everyone is making less, I don't see this as an industry specific issue, and when you think you got it bad open up a paper or simply take a walk through your local neighborhood, maybe you'll see you don't have it so bad
