Wiz, I am not trying to turn this upside down, in fact I am trying to go in house myself. I'm just saying that it seems standards for in house and contract are different, it seems contract is a heck of a lot more strict. I firmly agree that if all involved did their jobs properly most jobs would be hook and book situations. I've seen it happen in a system I used to be in, after 2 years of clean up most jobs were cake walks. Of course you have you stragglers that haven't had a service change since it was a one way system.....
