agreed cable is bullski nowadays for the low level installer, MSO's have had lax qc's for years and now they have decided to clean things up. My opinion is so they can try and keep the signal clean for the future of video via hsi. Is it crap? Yes it is, all of us that install have bitched and complained about that crappy rule. Until they quit hiring hacks we have to keep cleaning up others crap. The one that gets me is in house leaving a half ass qc and we roll for a tc or du and have to spend 3 hours for $20...
