Re: Any HPNA techs?

We have found something new...we are using the Calix system and we have learned that when a customer has more than 1 box, that when both boxes are on the same channelmand you turn any one of the boxes from that channel all other boxes in the house freeze. We haven't come up with a solution, well I have no solution for it, but have passed it on to the headend, who are the ones that say that isn't a problem.  Anyway, I'm sure that isn't our major problem with boxes rebooting, but it's a start.  Thanks for all the reponses and will be lookinf for more input.
