johnmc3. Please read your response again. One of the reasons the prices are falling so far is the techs who "retire" and just supplement that with working for peanuts. If you give away your skills and time for low pay, where is the incentive for an employer to pay decent wages to some one who is supporting a family and spent time with his education in order to become good at this craft. Not trying to start an argument but you could work less time for better wages if you dont sell out yourself and your fellow dogs.
