If I were going to retire to the area and could get them to cut the days down to 4 a week I'd think about it, that and what I have in my retirement plan my wife and I could live well. But to try and raise a family on it no way. Makes me even more glad to know my kids are grown and on their own, and I got about 10 more years to go before I think of retiring. Even after I do I'll have some kind of part-time work to keep me busy, got to have some reason to get out of bed in the morning other than fishing and sitting in the bar all day. That will be nice for a little while but I've seen too many guys on the 5 year plan. They retire and after a while they get bored with hunting, fishing, or whatever they had planed to do with their retirement and with in 5 years they're dead. Died of not having a reason to live....So I'll be doing something until I take the dirt nap.
