Is that as a sub, or an inhouse employee? At those rates you could never make any money doing this job.
Just so you know most subs that work in my area for Multiband get 65/15. Upgrades start at 20 and they don't do service. Charge backs very, but if you do the job right you wont get many.
Insurance is like 350 a year for me at 1mil.
This company is ripping off it's techs if this is for a sub. I would run, not walk away from this company.
