check light, maybe bad cross-connects. have you checked the fiber for a fault or a bad splice? I had this happen today at a house where the boxes kept resetting and it ended up being the cross-connects in calix, also if you cant find a problem at all, contact calix and they should be able to help you troubleshoot the problem.
