They do a 7 year check, no felonies in 7 years, no violent misdemeanors in the past 7 years. no DUI's in 7 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months, and a 9 panel drug screen. This is what DirecTV requires HSP's and DTVHS to run.
