You dont own the box EVEN if you paid for it! Dont listen to that.. I made that mistake.... You need to look at your contract and DONT listen to people who just fire responses. You need to track your equipment. Make sure that you DONT put a box on a account with out a work order even if you get IVR to do it. That box will come back to you as a charge even though its in a customers house.
