Actually, this is not a Mastec issue, this is a DirecTV policy, really easy to follow, just cycle your equipment properly, use the oldest receivers first. Any company that does HSP or O&O has this same policy.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
