Well when we hung the 3/16 @ the deadend you drilled you hole with you wiggle stick then pulled the strand threw and back on its self and did a pigtail. The stright through had a 7/16 drive lag bolt and a washer with a grove in it. the you sat your bosanseat on bell and pulled the cable and cilp on the stoplight rings as you went.we used amceo can spllter that we nailed to the poles. Ans Bolnder Tongen tube amps. This was in Frankfort,Ky in 1973. sorry for my spelling
