Not to my knowledge. It is copywrited material and the programmers don't want a digital recording that is easy to reproduce out there. Some pay per view and VOD content can't be recorded for the same reason. I'm sure there is a work around, but you would probably have to remove the hard drive from the set top box. A few of the SA boxes allow the connection of a external hard drive ( don't know if the Moto will do this ), but it will only playback through that particular box.
