You can believe there is a God. Some call Him by other names but the concept is identical. My B-I-L calls Him "the power of the universe". He (my B-I-L) cracks me up...LOL The no meat on Fridays used to be no food on fridays during lent. But, as with everything else, it was changed to suit anothers agenda rather than staying with the original meaning. In another thread there is a link to George Carlens view on religion. And he makes some valid points. Mostly about money. All religions just keep asking for more and more of the green stuff with claims of being saved if you only send in $1000. Damn, I think my soul is worth a helluvalot more than that!
