absolutely Mark...profit is one thing and I understand that part, but greed is another. It is yet another industry that only the people at the top of the heap prosper at the expense of all others beneath them. It is a one way street and will be the demise of this country and system. There is no more "customer service". Their motto is when in doubt, "BILL 'EM".....most companies do just that, plus you pay in advance for sevices NOT rendered. It has become a balance sheet shell game at the highest level and will come to a nasty end someday, and the customer and worker will pay the price as usual, while the fat cat walks away with a bonus..nuff said...rant over...haha...peace bro, and enjoy your retirement my twin....haha...the other white meat...
