4 years now for me, OTA w/45 channels from 2 different cities, Netflix on the blu-ray player, and now, Amazon VOD (select videos, about 3000 worth) is FREE for PRIME members. Basically it complements the NF subscription. And of course all the other streaming channels (YouTube, DIVX, MLB.com, FOX Sports etc...) so content IS NOT an issue anymore.
Sad to say I just couldn't afford cable any longer. The economy has been crazy, the job market sucks donkey ballsb and pennies need to be pinched wherever possible. Welcome to the cord cutters club! Hell, if the internet wasn't so damn important these days I'd cut that too. Plenty of options to watch OTA in my opinion. But we all have our crosses to bear.
