The cable system in this part of the world is really OK. You call them for a problem and you get an answer right away ( I do not work for this cable system). I have the complet service from them, Internet high speed, 8 mB up 1 mB down, IP tel, digital boxe.

Had only one major problem in 25 year. This problem happen when they upgraded the system to 1,000 MHz, they probably forgot to screw a center conductor to a passive or active, I call them and they fix-it the same after noon. Could not ask for better.
This system has taken over 1,000,000 telephone service away from Bell in the past 3 years.

This system has understood that good service is the only way to get new customers.
I am sure other provide the same service or they will loose customer has you mentionned in your writing.
