this sounds like a similar prob that i had make sure that the mount is secure and note th loc of the penetration to the building if it is in a weather head check to make sure that there is no kinks or hard bends in the line. if you tune to 101 the rest should fall in, if this is an h21 rec check on current software they tend to miss a vital some times and that could cause a loss of 99 and 103 if it is easy make a temp line to check cable. I have always found most problems come with mount!!!!!
