How about "Mr. Directv customer, in order to install your DirecTV equipment I have had to purchase a $500.00 meter, provide a steel pole, use $80.00 worth of SC RG6 cable, provided other fittings and expended four hours of labor. This will produce a bill to you of $600.00 for the installation. Directv will give you a credit of $60.00 for the first receiver and $15.00 for each receiver. I will need $495.00 to complete your FREE installation.
You do what you said, and you can use the dither wheels if you want, but plumb the mast, tune the 101 and poosh west a little (1 degree) and all the 103 sat will be there with the HD signal.
This puppy is sick. It is not a tuning issue.
