I can't believe no one has told you to redither the KAKU, after you make sure the mast is level, and you have the 101 (not the 119) peaked to atleast 98% on your birdog, then use the dithering screws to fine tune, but before you do all that.If the receiver is H23, do not use a BBC, if it is a h20, 21, 22, or 24, replace the BBC. IF all that fails, then change the receiver, and see if that works...if that fails also, just grab a hammer and hit your foot a few times.
