My theory is:
Since the decision to take installations in house has been taken (O/O management) but various HSP contracts are in place it is easier to do to the HSPs (Home Service Provider) what has already been done to the HSP subcontractors.
As the money leaves so to the contracted entities.
It is time to walk away. They already produce back charges for failed (buggy) boxes. Now they wany to spread the pain for the crap they use to 120 days!....Priceless.
