They purposely do not advertise their company names in the help wanted ads because the MSO's, or the primes they sub to read this as well and would know that they don't really have the man power they promised when they took the contract to begin with. Or are worried competition might see this as a weakness and take the initiative and go and try to get a contract from the MSO they are contracting to. And yes they are also fishing to see if they can staff the contract w/o letting the MSO know they don't have the man power.
