I stopped an all out walk out from a price sheet which the MSO charges them Prime for lost equipment. Modems 35 bucks, convertors 100-150. But the Prime charges 500 to 1500 per piece to the tech. That's how this all started. But the Federal case is nothing compared to whats coming up within the next few months.

I was asked why didnt try to settle our differences like to people. I wasnt asking for money just the truth on why his Corp partner blackballed me for turning his a manager who was stealing from the owner JK. I cant wait for my Depo on my Work history and why I left. Mr x Governor advised the DBPR not to persue the case I started, wonder why he lives in St Pete, and the Primes a huge campain contrib, In my opinion. The Mayor of St Pete is tied to this guy as well, PCLB cant get there counsel to enforce the law. But a lonely Direct TV installer was citied and has to pay 500.00 or face criminal charges. But they let 200 run free. I am making my presentation in the next three monthes on this industry and how unlicensed workers affect the Florida economy. This is sideline to my Federal Case and since its a Class Action, its whats best for the class. If make to be employee based, not more charge backs, you have rights, you have paid into the system that we depend on from everything to road, schools, police, fire and Social Securty.

I am working with the NLVCA on a process to stream line Licenses for those who don't want to get the nasty letter from the State. This Federal case led me to them and they are helping enforce.
