I totally agree nightlife. All you are doing is forcing contractors to have to pay to have their techs licensed. If it is something that is needed so be it I will have it done. I don't see how HSPs are the root of the problem if this is state sanctioned. But really who has pissed in your cornflakes digitalphonemike and made you so hostile toward this industry?
