I agree with you on that.Of course thats if the company is worth a squat. Its all the bottom line. What can you give them. Alot of companies don't appreciate what you can bring to the table. Let alone acknowledge it. But they will soon learn. The younger generation doesn't want to work at anything that requires thinking let alone physical work. So be it.
