Ok
HSP = Home Service Provider for Directv - Companies like Multiband, Mastec and Direct Sat
RSP = Regional Service Provider for Dish - The only one I know is AEI but the are several
These are large companies that cover large areas for the service providers. The have large numbers of tech's using in house and contractors.
Retailers work a couple ways. Some are small and only sell in their local area, thus they have their own installer. Some are a bit larger and have installers, but also sell in areas that they don't have installers. In this case they will put in the sale then let the service provider take care of the install. Then there is the retailer that just does sales. They send all installs back to the service provider.
Fulfillment just refers to a company that does work for the service providers. I.E and HSP/RSP or a retailer that covers an area that is not covered by and HSP/RSP or in house. There are a few "Companies" and I use that term loosely that do "fulfillment" work nation wide. These companies find some sucker to do a job here and there and then never pay the tech. I'm sure if you do a search for a company called Digital Solutions you will see what I am talking about.
So an example of the flow could be.
Dish/Direct get an order from a customer. They send that order to the HSP/RSP. They send the work to a tech or a contractor that then does the job.
