Your problem lies with Tom McMillen and/or IMT ... NOT UCS ... I subbed work from Tom ( IMT ) in 2009 and still haven't been paid in full. He pays $300 here and there when he says he can "afford" it. We paid all of our guys on time and in full as any company should. I've worked for UCS for 9 months straight ... Invoiced on average over $10,000 per week and have been paid in full every time. They have been the BEST contracting firm we have subbed work through ... hands down. They have also issued early invoice payments to help cover our payroll in the beginning. UCS management goes above and beyond to make sure you get paid what you deserve. By the sounds of it ... your work was either sub par ... or the company (IMT) you subcontracted from ... doesn't pay their people. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say the latter ...
