we all can read the standards on the back of the work sheets,and you are correct on all statments , and that would be the case with most compaines, but remember this is DTV, just like backcharges for service calls for bad equipment, charges for more than we made on the job,( service calls) , so what if a couple guys or small compaines sue them and win,, they will pay a few bucks to make you go away,(never to work for them again) and continue to screw hundreds of others ( probably thousands).Thats the reason they keep so many small contractors in each location.  You buck up and walk out and take a few with you,, you hurt them for a day or two, they just bring a travel bunch in,,, thats the reason poor quality installs are so numerious,, they hire the contractors and then the contractor hires anybody that will answer an add.......
