sounds good in a perfect world,, but let the cx. call in and tell directv this , you WILL be doing it for free or have your tech # pulled,,, had two techs ( contractors) in our division in December canned because they charged for pole mounts, and the cx. called in and complained,,, and they were told that they could not transfer to another division for a year.... just a bunch of A$$ holes.. the best answer to these problems is get out,,, i still got to make a living, and keep my family up,, but am looking at any and all other options.. maybe soon i can tell them to kiss off.....
