MSO's requiring subs to be W2 is wrong in my opinion. That being said, here in Tn. as a W2 employee they still pay us piece work then divides by how many hours worked and that's how they come up with an hourly rate. We still make $800-$1,200 a week with no money out of our pocket. No tools to buy, gas, wear and tare on our trucks. It's not that bad going inhouse. The downside is no writing of fuel,or mileage, tools at the end of the year. It makes Taxes hell.
