it works we have been doing it for a while now. we basicly elected from the group the manager which is me. i still do some installs but not as much as the others. but we all get paid the same set pay and we also have the option of vac and sick time with pay which is very nice.then around the holidays (xmas) we split up the remaining profits.we all make alot more money than what we did by our selfs. but we are only 18 close friends, to work with large group would be much harder exspecially with the payouts. would like to see it done on a mass scale
