Ah yes the hiding behind the layers that the HSP's are using. They don't have a contract with the tech argument. The lawyers are onto this, and when it all hit's the fan you will see these companies in the hot water.
Don't lay blame on the sub compaines. If they were so bad, why do the HSP's use contract work? It comes down to money. The HSP's know that this is a way to muscle their way into the techs money. They can't do it to in house techs because it is against the law. They can't get techs to work in house because the pay and treatment has become so bad. So they setup sub's and steal from them. Don't like the charge backs then go someplace else or get no work. So techs continue to take these chargebacks to keep some money flowing. It's funny that everytime a sub company pulls out that the last checks contain huge amounts of chargebacks. The HSP knows it's their last chance to steal what they can.
