Go spew your crap someplace else. It is obvious that you work for or own Mastec, Multiband, or one of the other EVIL HSP's. Don't give us this crap about bad work, not knowing how to run a business. This comes down to plain and simple theft. It is called that because it is against the law in every state that I am aware of to charge back for warranty work. Chargebacks for defective equipment that the HSP's hand out. Charge backs for jobs that can not even be completed. Even chargebacks for installation errors are not allowed. Every state has in place laws that allow a contractor to go back and FIX any work related issues.
I know of one DISH RSP that just lost a class action suit for things similar to this. There is also a lawsuit for misclassification against Mulltiband right now. There is also a major law firm gearing up to go after the charge backs as well. The days of stealing from techs to make a profit are short.
