WE HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE ONCE THE CUSTOMER WENT WITH OUR PHONE BUT MOSTLY WITH BLACK OPPS. I HAD A I.T GUY GO OVER AND FIX  IT . HE TOLD ME THAT FOR SOME REASON IT WILL RESET ITS SELF . IT KNOCKS THEM OFF EVERY SO OFTEN.  WHAT WE DID WAS GET A ROUTER AND HOOK IT UP HAS WORKED FINE ON ALL CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE CALLED IN THAT I AM AWARE OF. HOPE THIS HELPS
