just looking for a little input on a issue with a playstation 3 playing online. It started after they swapped the customer over to our phone service. Its a wireless arris 602. I turned the dmz on and set up a i.p. just for the playstation 3. The nat type is on open. This customer has 6 down and 1 up. Ran the the dsam and everything looks good. Is there a setting i am missing or should i try to open ports instead of the dmz? any ideas?
