Did I understand you correctly that Hughesnet just accepted federal money....told you guys there could be no further custom charges....and told you to eat the costs of pipe, concrete & labor to put in their rigs?
Did Hughesnet mention........we have some money from the govt. to pay for the stuff you are now going to give away?
They just said work for free?
