Later part of the eighties?....I ran across some active pressure taps, in Corbin, KY, in 2001. I couldn't believe it. There was a feeder run, of about 6 spans, that wasn't even on my print, that was tied in, and had active drops to the houses! Gee, I wonder if someone was fudging their CLI reports?!
