I see your in GA to.  If you need a hand, let me know.  I am in Gwinnett.  I usually bid it out a couple different ways.  If you are going to do a pre-wire first, charge by the drop.  You should be in and out with the right materials.  Do a second quote for the trim out.  You can charge either way you want.  This will cover both ends in case something happens with there budget.
