I need some information please

Hey people.... I was approached the other day about a low voltage wiring job(commercial).. Roughly 24000 sq feet. I have never done commercial before only residential. I am looking for some advice on how to bid this particular job, any assistance would be of great help....Heres the info... 24000 sq ft bldg. gonna be finished off into dr's office. phone and data coax intercom with overhead speakers for radio Alarm, Door contacts and window contacts as well as motion. and yes my low voltage license covers alarm..... Any help would be greatly appreciated, not sure how to bid , by hour or by drop.ThanksBill
