In-House Leaders.....Really?

I am so tired of signing contracts only to have the in house managers or even higher up try to steal our reps. Thou they have not succeeded at all it is troublesome at best. As a former in house leader I too was told to do this to my contractors. Karma I guess. Thanks for sticking with us guys!
