I have been dealing with them for years and never had any problems.
I do know that in the last year they did do some policy changes in regards to payment if you do not have a "credit line" with them directly. Normally they will take a credit card number (prior to issuing your RMA number) and NOT CHARGE it until the repair is completed. After it is charged, ONLY THEN will they ship your unit back.
That is my experience. I am sure if you talk to the proper person your problem will be resolved.
