Is it just me or is there something wrong with this company? The charged me twice ($1613.67) for a SDA5500 upgrade. Everytime I contact them they refund my Credit Card only to charge it again!!! This is on top of the long repair times and the bad customer service!! This is not once this is ongoing! My advice is stop buying their products. Perhaps if enough of use stop using there products or complane they will do something about it.
