You hit the nail right on the head!!! It's all up to the QC tech. If he likes you your good, if he dosn't your screwed!!
I worked for a company that payed there QC tech by the number of things he could find wrong with any job in a day. If he went out on "Tue" and found "nothing" wrong with any jobs, then he did not get his pay.
Tell me that's not motivation to find something wrong with good jobs!!
