Here is the deal. If you are not new to the business then do the job right the first time. Obviously if you are green to the industry then you should be given the chance to fix your work when it has failed. This should be used as a training tool, but  you should get a write up for it. It causes your company money when qc inspections fail. There is xtra time and money spent on inspecting work and when jobs fail we all pay in the end. Lets start doing what we have to do and make all of jobs easier! Thank you
