First, you need to make sure you have a KA/KU Dish, look at the dish, and see if its the correct one, the dish is called a slimline KAKU, should be about 3 feet oval approximately.Second, you need to make sure you are subscribing to HD programming.Third, you need to verify the type of LNB/Switch and receiver you are using. if you got all new receivers, you may have gotten a SWM switch, which does not need B Band converters. if you got an old KAKU lnb using a switch, you will need BBC unless its a 23 series HD Receiver. Then make sure the settings are correct in each receiver.Best thing to do is call DTV, make the tech go back out and do it the right way.
