Just to let you we did this around 50 times this year. The facility usually has a (activity's channel or maybe a camera on the front door or at the pool or playground) and we call as soon as we get there and tell Comcast and they have it on one of the local channels made just for this, and before we know it they call me and ask if it's working ok. You may not also know that if the facillity doesn't want the boxes, most likely a health care facility where they just can't understand or see that good or there is two tv's too close together , they can insert a mdta that converts everything back to analog. Remember when converting back to analog no digital is passing- so no hsd or digital tiers. Our group only does master or bulk accounts so we run into this often.
