he maxed out all the settings, graphics, scenery
you need to run your speed test on the laptop that is connected via cat5 , and NO your 9 year old won't help you , he will try to make the xbox faster
there is NO way you can detirmen if it is the router unless you check what is hardwired to the modem, and if you are running 1mg/256k that is one slow ass system
