Ran speed test through router.
This is a new router approx month old. Modem was also swapped previously it is a SB4200
Did ask if they configured the router to give priory and the answer was it was all default settings.
It is our smaller package however customer stated at one time it was working fine at the 512 package we over. This is not verified.
To the statement about the XBox cranked up to max. What does that mean? I no nothing about XBox lol maybe I should take my 9 year old.
